Founding of the Organization
Foundation of FIED – established to promote inclusive education, peace, and social justice across Cameroon. Key focus on extending these values to underserved communities .
The Foundation for Inclusive Education (FIED) is a small but impactful NGO based in Cameroon that champions inclusive education, peace, and social justice.
Led by Executive Director Nkegoah Ebenezer, it works to ensure that children, especially from vulnerable or marginalized backgrounds, have equitable access to quality schooling, especially those with disabilities.
In addition to education, the foundation supports related areas including water, sanitation, hygiene, and IT assistance, often in collaboration with community partners

Maintains a small core team (1–10 employees), led by Nkegoah Ebenezer. Continues projects that integrate inclusive education with broader community support like WASH programs and IT.
At FIED, we envision a world where every child regardless of ability, background, or circumstance has equal access to quality education and the opportunity to thrive in a just, inclusive, and peaceful society. Through collaboration, compassion, and community engagement, we strive to build a future where no one is left behind.
